The challenge

Follow the my rogers desktop and mobile app and limited functionality and provided clear visual hierarchy patterns with Multi login account mobile responsive application.

Design Process

Design a mobile application in small flows and processes. Made functionality easy for customers to log in and customize services. The new app will also provide pre-authentication and post-authentication modes and provide a more extraordinary post-login experience to end-users.

Research

We gathered quantitative statistics from internal, external stakeholders. We checked with as many people as possible and collated the information to identify the current trends.

Analysis

Rogers Communications had already researched with their users and identified a key target audience. Having our extra research provided us with more in-depth knowledge about users.

Persona development

An interesting pattern emerged between all personas. All personas were heavy mobile and tablet users, so the experience needed to work great (if not better than desktop) on mobile/tablet devices.

Visual Design

We created the task flow into high-fidelity wireframes using Adobe XD. Designed required templates and user flows referencing agreed IA. Final output converted to clickthrough prototype using Axure and XD to present stakeholder’s demo’s to seek feedback.

High Fidelity Mockup Designs

We created multiple onboarding and authenticated dashboard high-fidelity designs to follow branding guidelines and a consistent look and feel between desktop and mobile views.
